1. Oatmeal, nuts & fruit

Ingredients (1 person)

  • 50 g oatmeal

  • 200 ml milk or plant-based drink

  • 1–2 tbsp Pure Energy BREAKFAST

  • Handful of nuts (almond/walnut)

  • Fresh fruit (apple, pear or berries)

Preparation

  1. Heat the oatmeal with the milk.

  2. Stir in the date mix for natural sweetness.

  3. Finish with nuts and fruit.

2. Smoothie bowl & seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (frozen)

  • 150 g yogurt or plant-based yogurt

  • 1-2 tbsp Pure Energy BREAKFAST

  • 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds

  • Toppings: granola, coconut, fruit

Preparation

  1. Blend everything into a thick smoothie.

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with toppings.

Ingredients (1 child)

  • 40 g oatmeal

  • 200 ml milk or plant-based drink

  • 1-2 tbsp Pure Energy BREAKFAST

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)

  • Banana slices

Preparation

  1. Cook oatmeal with milk.

  2. Stir in the date mix and cocoa.

  3. Finish with banana.
